The Château, its outbuildings, the park and the lawns are at your disposal to organize your ceremonies, cocktails, buffets, "al fresco" dinners, dancing, brunch the next day... Available for rental from one night on site, all year round.
LE GRAND PAVILLON
INDOOR RECEPTIONS FOR 130 GUESTS
LE GRAND PAVILLON, located next to the Château, hosts our main indoor reception area. It owes its facade and its neo-Gothic style to the return of emigrants in the 19th century, but it was first under Henry IV a dependency of the people of Maison, then housed a silkworm farm in the 18th century. Today converted into reception rooms meeting category 5 ERP standards and complying with accessibility standards, it offers 2 reception rooms.

GROUND FLOOR
La Salle de Bal on the ground floor, 100 m2, with natural stone floors and lime-coated walls. Large central door and windows. Divided into 2 communicating spaces. Designed for 80/90 people seated. 2 toilets, including a PMR toilet, are available on this level.

1st FLOOR
La Salle des Lumières (1st floor), accessible by a wide wooden staircase, with a surface area of 150m2, with authentic wooden floors and a magnificent traditional framework. Natural light and stained glass windows. Perfect for 130 people seated.

LE CHAPITEAU is a pagoda reception tent (marquee) of 180 sq m. (10m x 18m). Installed in the extension of Le Grand Pavillon, with a view of the lawns, it allows larger groups, up to 170 guests, to enjoy Fondat. Available as an paid option.

The Fondat park is a 4ha setting, isolated in the heart of the Landes and planted with remarkable century-old trees of breathtaking beauty. You will also find shaded lawns, a private forest, a water mirror in which to relax.reflects Fondat... Exceptional decorum for holding your most beautiful outdoor events: secular ceremonies, cocktails, buffets, garden parties, brunch, couple photos. The installation of reception tents is there; also possible.

20 ACCOMMODATED GUESTS ON SITE
Fondat offers a sleeping capacity of 20 people. Divided between the 4 bedrooms of the Château for 14 people and the lodge of the "Pavillon de Chasse" for up to 6 people. A few extra beds can be added according to needs and many accommodation offers are available around the Château, which we will give you a list of.
